Privacy Policy

Scope and contact
This policy describes information processing for the radioBee website and the radioBee connector for AI assistants, operated by Smart Mobile Solutions, Inc. Mobile applications may also be subject to the privacy disclosures and permissions shown by their app stores and operating systems.
Questions, privacy requests, or security concerns can be sent to support AT radiobee.com.
radioBee connector for AI assistants
The connector accepts a genre, country, station name, or a supported combination of those filters. It uses the filters to search a public internet-radio directory and returns station names and radioBee play links. It may also return a list of available genres.
- Raw search filters are processed to answer the request and may be sent to a public internet-radio directory when a cached result is not available.
- Raw connector arguments, conversation text, caller IP addresses, authorization values, and assistant client metadata are not written to radioBee application logs.
- A one-way hash of normalized search filters is used in cache keys. Cached station lists are client-neutral and do not contain conversation text, assistant identity, or generated play links.
- Basic MCP client information may be used during a request only to choose a general attribution label such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI assistant for the returned play link. That client information is not retained in radioBee application logs or cache values.
Operational data
To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the connector, radioBee records limited operational events such as a request identifier, event and outcome category, HTTP status, tool name, normalized search type, provider-error category, and aggregate counts. These records do not contain the raw search values or station-directory payloads.
Cloudflare provides the connector hosting, network protection, cache storage, logs, and operational analytics. Like any internet infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes network information needed to deliver and protect requests, which can include IP addresses and HTTP metadata under Cloudflare’s own terms and policies.
Caching and retention
- Connector search results are normally fresh for one hour; the genre list is normally fresh for 24 hours.
- Expired successful cache entries may be retained for up to seven additional days so the connector can return a stale result during a temporary provider failure. Short-lived in-memory entries last no more than five minutes.
- Cloudflare Workers Logs are retained according to the account plan and current Cloudflare limits, with a maximum retention of seven days.
- Connector operational metrics stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine are retained for three months.
- Website event data exported for analysis is currently retained for 60 days. Google Analytics may retain data separately according to the property configuration and Google’s policies.
Website analytics and local storage
On the production radiobee.com host, the website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and selected interactions, such as outbound app-store links and radio-station link actions. Google Analytics may process browser, device, approximate location, referrer, page, cookie, and similar usage information. Local or preview copies of the website do not activate the production Google Analytics property.
The website may store a local browser preference to remember that a promotional app-store banner was dismissed. This preference remains in the browser until it is removed through browser controls.
Play links and third-party services
A connector result contains a request-specific radiobee.com play link with the station name, stream destination, and general attribution parameters. Opening that link transfers the request to the radioBee website and may then open the radioBee app or the station stream. The website, app stores, AI-assistant provider, public internet-radio directory, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and station broadcaster may process information under their own privacy policies when their services are used.
How information is used
Information described in this policy is used to provide station searches and play links, protect the service from abuse, diagnose failures, measure reliability, maintain cached results, understand website use, and respond to support or security requests. radioBee does not use connector search filters to build advertising profiles or send promotional messages.
Your choices
- You can choose not to connect or invoke the radioBee connector.
- You can use browser controls or extensions to limit cookies, local storage, and Google Analytics.
- You can remove the connector from the AI-assistant service through that service’s settings.
- You can contact radioBee about privacy questions. Because the connector does not create a radioBee account or retain raw search arguments, radioBee may not have data that can be linked back to an individual connector user.
Children
The radioBee website and connector are general-audience services and are not directed to children under 13. Do not use radioBee if you do not meet the age requirement in the Terms and Conditions.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when radioBee services, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the page identifies the latest revision.
